Chris Galloway


Brother Chris Galloway is a distinguished figure in both the Masonic and educational communities. He currently serves as the Worshipful Master of Highland Hills #1373 and is a Past Master of Valley-Hi Lodge #1407. A full member of the Texas Lodge of Research, Helotes Chapter and Council, and the San Antonio Scottish Rite, Brother Galloway’s dedication to Masonic education and leadership is well recognized. In 2024, he was appointed by the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Texas as the chairman of the Committee on Masonic Education.

Brother Galloway’s Masonic journey began in January 2015 when he was raised at Valley-Hi Lodge #1407 in San Antonio, TX. At that time, he was working as a teacher and coach at a high school in San Antonio. Since then, he has ascended to prominent roles in education, transitioning from teacher to superintendent and earning a Ph.D. in School Improvement from Texas State University. Currently, he works as an executive coach, helping superintendents with strategic planning, and serves as an adjunct professor in Texas State University’s superintendent certification program.

In 2020, Brother Galloway founded Perfect Ashlar Publishing to promote Masonic education globally through the publication of Masonic books. His achievements are a testament to the application of the tenets of Freemasonry in his personal and professional life.

Brother Galloway is married to Kimberly, a wonderful wife and mother to their three beautiful children, Aubrielle, Thomas, and Gabriella. He remains passionate about developing leaders in both Freemasonry and the educational field, continually striving to make a positive impact in his communities.
